Preparation: Hot: Heat water to 175 degrees and combine with one teaspoon of tea per 8 ounces of water. Steep for 2-3 minutes. Iced: Heat 1.25 cups water to 175 degrees and combine with 6 teaspoons of tea. Steep 2-3 minutes. Fill a pitcher 1/4 full of water, add strained tea, ice, and more cold water if needed. Garnish and sweeten to taste.
